I'm planning an event at work this weekend. My boss dropped it in my lap on Monday. We had no one coming on Tuesday, and today we're up to 15 RSVPs (our corporate set goal was 20). It may not be a massive accomplishment, but at least I won't be bored at the event on Sunday.

Also, I sprained my ankle. Not an AW moment. I'm just a clutz. I very big one.

Whew, Stephie, I am glad to hear that!

I actually got a good night's rest last night, and I am in a much better mood today than the last two days. I don't know for sure if those two are related, but they probably are. Yesterday I had a surprisingly productive day at work and I'm trying to repeat the pattern today. I scheduled our engagement pictures and my makeup trial, I set a time to go BM dress shopping with my girls, and I've scheduled three cake tastings.

Aaaaaaand... I'll be back in Dallas one month from today! I wish I had another job lined up, but it will be great to be home for a while.

I have finally started doing wedding stuff! Its so exciting!

- We took our engagement pictures

- Ordered our STD and I designed them!

- Finished my coloring book

- Start my premarital classes tonight

- Scheduled our retreat and my uncle wants to pay for it!! He is saving us $200!

- stepmom making the cake
- streaming an ipod instead of a DJ
- scheduled engagement pictures

Now if I can focus on my progress and not the 400 million things I still have left to do!

Serlace-  First of all, congrats!!  You have it way more together than I did at 9 months out.   Second of all, who did you choose for a florist?  I'm still putting this off... it is the only thing I haven't done.

I've posted the link to my bio, which is still construction so beware.  I do have the vendor reviews done and they are more like a novel but I am still missing our photogs.  Our honeymoon page has 2 out of 8 days done...I will finish up over the next couple of weeks!

tiffany618: Thanks!  I still feel so overwhelmed!!  I am using Gloria with Blooming Accents.  Her number is 817-726-8429 and her email is gparker@bloomingaccents.com.  So far I am very impressed with her professionalism.  She does work out of her home, though, but she will meet with you at a Starbucks close to your home.  Her pricing seemed reasonable.  I am using flowers that are in season - as to not have to pay extra expenses in that area.  I won my bouquet in a drawing she had at one of the bridal shows.  My bridesmaids bouquets are $55/ea, boutonnieres $10/ea., mother's wrist corsages $25/ea.  I'm not doing floral centerpieces.  I hope that helps!

I had a ton of meetings with people the last couple of weeks and I actually feel like I am tying up a lot of loose ends. Just have to meet with the priest and organist and I should be done until the last minute meetings before the wedding.

I should be sending out the invites by this weekend or next.

I started my online class at TCC for a prereq and there is nothing due the week of the honeymoon so I am happy about that.
