So my MIL wanted to help with my seating chart and I was thinking that might be a good idea since Im really stressed about it. So I gave her 4 tables with 6 seats each and the 23 names of her side that she needs to arrange. I gave my mom the same with my side. But my MIL says she needs more tables!! WHY??? You have 23 people with 24 chairs. Maybe I shouldve just done it on my own. But people keep being pissy about sititng next to certain people. *UGH*

hahaha yeah, I had my mom  help me...it was good in a way...but I will be finishing it myself.

I did NOT give anyone a choice.  I tried to put people at tables who knew each other but it doesnt work out for everyone.  It litterally took me under 2 hours to do ours.  We have under 120 guests though.

I did mine with my FI with one or two inputs from my parents.  I have a few people that cannot be sat together as they will actually start a fist fight or screaming match.  I'm so glad I didn't allow MIL or mom in the decision for the seating plan.

Not giving anyone anything.  Thankfully I don't have anyone that can't be seated together and I've been using tk seating cart thing but to put people at tables so that's pretty easy!  Not counting on it by any means since I've heard of so many glitches...

jneal good luck with that!  Did you explain to her you have to keep the tables to a min and that you can't give her more tables?  Or you could give her just a couple extra seats at a table to move someone maybe?

I think I may kill my MIL if we all did it together, so I am doing my family and friends with my parents then giving it to my FI to do his side with his mom on his own. I think it is for the best for everyone especially my insanity.
