Target registries are notoriously poor, and frankly as a guest I hate to shop from them because so many items are in-store only. If it were me, I'd close it out and open one at a different place like Kohl's or BBB.

Or online only? Posted by harr0610[/QUOTE] You can register in-store. They give you a scanner just like the other stores. They just don't have consultants to walk you around, which I find is a good thing.
I've had no problems with my registry so far, BUT I ordered my little sister a graduation present (bedding for her dorm for next year) and they sent her an infant car seat base instead! It was a nightmare to exchange.
A girl on our local boards had crib sheets mysteriously show up on her wedding registry and she got frantic phone calls from her IL's when they saw it.
I haven't registered yet, but it seems to me that Target doesn't sound very "wedding" appropriate. I don't know. Anyone agree?
Besides that, I've had a horrible time with buying gifts as a guest. First of all, none of the items have that code thing next to the description, so they told me I had to print off the registry all over again in the store (which was about 15 pages vs 4 I printed from home. So that was a waste). Second, after coming home, I checked out the registry again and the sales person did NOT mark off the item I purchased!
