VERY specific egg question...

This sounds ridiculous, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any egg trays to put in the fridge that can hold 30+ eggs??
FI eats 3-4 eggs a day, and I eat some occasionally, plus we use them for cooking and baking, so we go through almost an entire 36 pack of eggs a week. The only egg container we could find at BBB holds 14.
And by god, I am getting married and I am sick of having the awkward flat pallett of 36 eggs take up so much room in our fridge.
Thanks for any advice!

My advice:  Tell your fiancee that his cholesterol is going to go OUT OF CONTROL if he keeps eating up to 4 eggs a day.  Problem solved.

    Why thanks Dr. Casyme :/

I have no help to add, but this thread made me laugh. The container store one looks pretty good!

I can't imagine the laughter we'll get once we decide to be 'those people' with a chicken coop in their back yard.

  • This post made me giggle. We don't have the egg problem but EVERYONE in this house goes through a mountain of bottled water so I do understand your problem with space in the fridge.

  • We go through eggs fast too (not quite as fast as you).  I buy them in the regular dozen sizes and stack them in the fridge two on top of each other.

One of these days we will have a coop! Just need to figure out how to keep them safe first.

Go find me some proof that the cholesterol in eggs leads to higher levels of bad cholesterol in your body. Please, go find it. I'll be waiting, but I won't hold my breath.

Cwaggoner, you must be getting so excited! :)

Oh I am!!! And we are 100% going to get chickens at some point. Granted, I grew up on a farm so this doesn't bother me one bit.
And chasing chickens around is a great way to lower your cholesterol.

It just means fuucking hilarious -- I don't actually think it was ever an acronym, more just a mispelling of dead -- like it was so funny you killed me. As far as I can tell, it's pretty Knot specific. I've never seen it anywhere else.
