Add a registry manually

Does anyone know how to manually add a registry to the registry list? 

I have a registry with a store that apparently isn't "featured" on the knot, so it doesn't show up in the Registry Search... but I'd like people to know that I'm registered there.

    I tried on a PC over the weekend and couldn't, either.

    I just included the links to the stores' homepages in the text of that section.

    I had the same problem. You can download the Add to Registry button and then add from any website online. I did this and personally wasn't impressed. After hearing great reviews about the Amazon Universal Registry, I got it last night. I love it! It works great and you can still add from any website.
