Problems w/ Target

Now that they've updated their website, I was prompted to change my password.  Once I did, something got screwed up and now it thinks I am someone else.  I can't change it back, the site won't let me email for help, the hold times for phone help are overr 30 min and when I finally got someone on the phone, she couldn't help me and suggested I START OVER with a new email and registry!!!  WTF?  I asked to speak to someone else, and she put me on hold and I finally hung up after waiting another 35 minutes.  I can't get to my regsitry, and I am concerned that this person they now think I am has access to my personal info.

Is anyone else having these issues?  Have you been able to fix it?  How?  I am so frustrated!
