So we are one of those couples that already has everything they need, and don't necessarily want to register for toasters, platters, towels, etc.
We were (loosely and generally) thinking about registering for wine, which most people know we love. Thinking about saying something like "no formal/traditional wedding gifts, please", "we're starting a wine cellar", and so on and so forth. The idea is to have people give us their fave wines, or wines they think we would like.
Is this tacky?
Ideas for wording?
Does anyone know a wine store/website for registering?
Should we do a small, typical registry at a more traditional place as well?
