Kohls Registry?

Does/did anybody have a registry at Kohl's? Have you had a good experience?If you haven't registered there have you heard if it is easy to use?  Do you know if they have a reasonable return policy?Thanks!

We registered there and didn't have any problems.  Their return policy suited us just fine.The only thing that sucked was the staff at the multiple stores we went to had no idea how to use the registry (how to set one up, how to use the gun to add, how to upload) so we mostly updated and added online.You just have to watch their stock.  They aren't a true department store in that they often get leftovers (like Big Lots) so they don't necessarily have everything all the time.  But I love them anyway.

We had good luck with them overall. Returns were very easy and you get 15% off to complete your registry. The system was down every once and awhile that was a pain. Everyone we worked with know how to use the registry.

I'd stay away from Kohl's registry if I were you. It was just one frustration after the other for us. The employees never knew how to work the system or the scanning guns and our first 3 hour shopping trip of scanning resulted in our items being uploaded to someone else's registry so we had to start over. The second time we tried again, they erased the items while trying to upload them. Extremely irritating!  So it really depends on the intelligence of the employees at your location. I ended up doing most online but then most of the items we chose were then out of stock within weeks. In one case, a Pyrex measuring cup we wanted was discontinued and so Kohl's automatically replaced the listing with another Pyrex product we did not want. When we went to return it with the gift receipt they were offering only 69 cents for it! (it was originally $7). If anything, avoid them because of their AWFUL RETURN POLICY. If you ever make a return of your gifts even with the gift receipt they give you the lowest selling price, even if the original purchaser paid full-price. And it is store credit only.
