How come I can't add my registry to The Knot?

Hey Everyone,

I'm new to this board- my fiance and I just registered at Bed Bath and Beyond...well..not just...we did actually about 2 months ago and the registry is visible through the BBB web site but when I try to add it through The Knot it does not come up?  Does anyone know why?  Is it a privacy setting that I don't know I have activated?

    I can't add mine either -- even if I just paste the link to my BBB registry in the text box, theknot.com will redirect the link to BBB's line of wedding invitations.

    Super frustrating and I can't find anything about how to fix it.
