The knot has a universal gift registry site where you can add items to your registry from any store or website. Sounds great right? Think again! It does not work! It will not update when guests have purchased gifts. After thirty minutes of waiting time for customer service, the woman tells me it is a technical problem happening to ALL users and they have absolutely no idea when it will be fixed. In the meantime any gifts purchased during this time will remain at 0 as the purchased number. You will end up with duplicate gifts and you will not get most of your other items!!!!!! Worst website ever - a true disaster!
