MOG gift idea - I need opinions

My FMIL & I get along great (truely blessed!) My FI has an older brother who is not married & she calls me the daughter she never had. I'm thinking about a piece of birthstone jewelry (necklance with charms) as her gift with a birthstone for each of the boys & myself... What do you think?

I know you're close, but I would feel really weird including myself (my birthstone) in birthstone jewelry for my FMIL, and we get along really well too.  Maybe you could go with something else symbolic of motherhood without specifically including your birthstone?
