I know this is kind of out there but my cousin is getting married in CT because he's in the navy even though our family and his fiance's family is from IL. I currently live in TN but I volunteered to host a shower for them in our hometown but the bride can't make it due to being in school full-time, working full-time, and also completing an internship. I want to still do something for them but I'm at a loss for ideas. I thought about having the families send cards with their favorite recipes and advice to her or even to me and I would put together a book for her. Does anyone else have any other suggestions?
