I'm getting married in the Caribbean next summer and we are not planning on having a bridal shower or anything. We already have pretty much everything we need because we've been living together for the past 15 months or so and I thought it would be tacky to make a registry asking for gifts when we are only inviting 2 guests from either side of our family to our wedding. But I started making a registry on BB&B because I've been reading some posts about giving people the option to get you a gift if they want to. We might have a reception/dinner celebration thing when we get back from our wedding/trip, would it be weird to put the registry on the invitations or should we scrap the entire idea of a registry? I don't want anyone to think we are implying we didn't want you at our wedding, but we'll definitely take a gift! Any ideas?
