We're registered at Crate & Barrel, Kohls, and Williams-Sonoma. Our shower was on Saturday, and one of my BMs told me I needed to register for more stuff because almost everything is bought... I went online and checked, and while most of the stuff we registered for at Kohls was purchased, less than half of the C&B was gone and absolutely nothing is purchased off of the W-S registry.
We made sure to include a wide variety of price range items at each place so that people could shop at their store of choice and in their budget of choice. Do I really need to add more things to our Kohls registry? I've already picked out everything we want/need and honestly if ppl don't want to purchase off the existing registries I'd rather just get cash instead.
I was kind of taken aback by her recommendation. Thoughts?
EDIT: While there's not much to choose from left on the Kohl's registry, there are several kitchen & bath items on there that run under $30, a couple things in the $50 range, and the luggage we registered for ($150-300 range). At C&B we have registered for everything from $3 napkins to $150 wall art. W-S we have registered for everything from $7 spatulas to my $400 kitchenaid mixer.
