My boss is getting married next month and I really dont know what to get her for her wedding since she wasnt very nice to me during my wedding planning. I definitely dont want to be eye for eye, so just wondering what would be appropriate.

    She registered for really expensive things which I really cant afford right now due to being a newlywed and just bought our first home...so wondering what would be suitable off her registry :)

    Could you get her a gift card to the store where she registered?  Or could you and some coworkers possibly go in on one of the items, splitting the cost?

    This is a know-your-office thing, but typically employees should not be giving gifts to their bosses.  I would give a congratulatory card.  If you feel you must give a gift, then a $25 GC to the store where she registered or a picture frame with a gift receipt.
