Groomsman Gifts

Hopefully this is the right board, don't know where else to post it. My fiance wanted to get some opinions on his groomsman gifts dilemma. A lot of the gifts he is thinking about, or that are common on gift websites are alcohol related. He has one groomsman who does not drink at all, an dis actully really against drinking/drugs/smoking and another who just really doesn't drink. He was wondering whether or not it would be weird to get those two groomsmen something different than the other three. Do you think it would make them feel left out?

Also, does anyone have any suggestions for cool gifts that are non-alcohol related?

Re: Groomsman Gifts

  • I think he should shop for the groomsmen like it's their birthday, and get something that each individual will like.  For those who like alcohol, then get them that.  For those who don't, get them something different.    If there are 5 groomsmen and 3 get flasks while two get personalized golf balls, that's okay.  Though I think it's better to get each guy an individual gift....I would recommend spending close to the same ammount per person though.

We got our GMs personalized grill spatulas from Etsy. We are putting them in a grill mitt with some different flavored marinades!

That is such a cool idea!
  • Heres a link for you - it's for "the groom" but some of the suggestions apply to groomsmen. I like the idea of a group activity (one that doesn't revolve around booze):
