When you register, I understand that you go with the company and make a list of things that you want from them and they make copies of the list to give to friends and family, but is there anything else that goes on? What about the stuff that you don't get but asked for? Can you go out and buy it yourself? Does it close automatically on the day of your wedding? Is there a limit to how many places you can be registered at?
