Any comments about Wish Pot Registry?

My Fiance and I can't fully decided on even a couple of places to register.  I found the WishPot online and am wondering if anyone has used it or has heard any good/bads news on it.  I like the idea that we aren't limited to the selection of items from one or two stores, but I'm just curious if it works just as well as other registries.  Thanks!

  • It looks a lot like Amazon.  Personally, I would go with an Amazon registry because it's a well established site and most people have some experience with Amazon.

  • I love theAmazon registry. It allows you to use their universal registry button to add things from other sites, and it tracks your gifts with a thank you card list. One item was delivered to me broken. I called, and they shipped the new one before I even had the broken one in the mail. Hassle free. Love Amazon.

  • I'm not registered with Amazon but I just bought a gift for someone else from their registry and it was awesome and really easy to use.  I'd recommend choosing something like Amazon that people know and trust.

This, exactly.  I'd add that before I read this post I assumed (from the name) that "Wish Pot Registry" was a cash registry.
