Did you register for fine china and everyday?

I did both - Lenox pearl platinum for my fine china, fiesta for my everyday.

We just did fine china...we already have everyday that we only got about a year ago.

We did both - Fiesta to add to the plates we already had, and then the following for china (for those of you love china like I do and check out everyone's patterns ) Dinner plate: Waterford Padova, and the rest: Lenox Venetian Lace. We really liked the Venetian Lace, but felt that the large crosshatching on both the dinner and salad plates were too much together, so when we found the Padova pattern with the small crosshatching around the rim, we knew it would be perfect with the Venetian Lace!

We just registered for everyday. We don't really have the space and I don't want to haul around more things than we have to since we rent. I've also inherited 2 sets of good china that's stored with my parents but they aren't really my taste. We'll probably buy our own once we have a house.

We registered for Mikasa brand china and nice flatware since we already have a large set of every day dishes. Though I now wish that we had registered for a few more every day bowls and silverware. Fortunately we have some gift cards from the wedding that we haven't used yet and will use those to get the other pieces we need.

We registered for only china - Villeroy and Boch Urban Nature. We figured that it was nice enough to use for fancy dinner, yet simple enough for every day use. And it wasn't outrageously expensive either.

We only registered for everyday dishes. As alot of PPs said, we dont have space to store the fine china.
