To Look or Not to Look

Re: To Look or Not to Look

  • Hello,

I took a peak awhile ago just to revise some gifts by breaking down large gifts into smaller ones such as: cooking pots or remove something that we purchased along the way for our house.  I told my fiance that some things were "fulfilled", but I told him that I was not going to tell him.  At least somewhere it is a secret, but it all depends on if you want it to be a surprise.

    Cheers!

I love to be surprised with gifts.  To me, looking at the registry is like peeking at your birthday or Christmas presents before you get to open them.  What fun is that?  Yes, the stuff you put on your registry is all stuff you picked out, but the surprise is which of that stuff you got.  I made my registry, made a few corrections and haven't looked at it since.  I'm looking forward to opening the presents without a clue as to what's in them Smile

  • I'm such a registry stalker! I love it, why not enjoy the only time you get to request gifts you like and watch as you get them :)
  • I look but part of why is because before my first shower, we went back to the store to add a few more things, and almost our entire registry was done.  So now I mostly keep tabs to make sure I don't need to add more things, or similarly with the discontinued and that kind of stuff, make sure I don't need to change some of my things.
