Anonymous gifts!

My FI and I opted for a honeymoon registry and we've gotten 2 gifts anonymously. At first I thought it was maybe a mistake on the gift giver's part but now that I look closer at the e-mail notification it says the gift giver preferred to remain anonymous. I'm wondering how to "thank" our anonymous gift givers. I can't stand receiving things without being able to give a proper thanks. Any advice?

    Hmmm first thing that comes to my mind would be to post a thank you on your wedding website?  They're anonymouse, they don't expect thanks though, otherwise they would tell you who they were!

    I'd skip any generic broadcast thank you.  They stayed anonymous for a reason.

    I think posting a thank you on your wedding website is a good idea.

    Sure they remained anonymous, but mentioning a thanks will allow them to know you received your gift and it's not going to unveil their anonymity.
