I'm from brazil and around half of my guest are brazilian. My mother was explaining to me that normally brides don't register for big items, like appliances until after the bridal shower because bridal showers are for small trinkit items such as a bottle opner, apron, wooden spoons, maybe, broom and dust pan. you get the idea. I'm not sure what to do do I just register for apliances and everything else making sure I hit a wide price range or do I register for smaller ticket price items and then register for bigger priced items after the shower, or maybe should I create 2 registery's one for the wedding and one for the bridal shower. Is it customary for guests to give you to gifts one for the bridal shower and one for the wedding. HELP I'm so confused.
