In only had 2 weeks to plan. I'm not writing about anyone BUT our officiant - he was amazing.

Because my *now* husband, Geoff is in the military, we only had 2 weeks to plan. With the short time span, and an interfaith marriage, I was very nervous about putting together a nice wedding.

I have to say, though, it went beautifully and I'm not one who usually recommends or raves about service or vendors, but Eric at DFW wedding guy was amazing. He was the first officiant I called, and he put me right at ease. He took the time to really listen to our situation and asked enough questions to really get to know us. It paid off! Not only did he put together a script that catered to our unique beliefs and values, but he also added his own personal address to Geoff and myself – which I thought, other than “I Do” was the best part of the ceremony. He was genuine, humorous, and a great speaker.

Since we were getting married outside, we were worried about the weather. We had a “backup” venue on hold – and Eric happily catered to our neuroticism by rehearsing in BOTH spaces. Not only was he a wonderful writer and speaker, but in the end, in such a short time, we felt like we were getting married by our friendly family member.

Overall, Eric was there every time we needed him – he put together a beautiful ceremony and helped calm us down every time we needed it. Many of our wedding guests commented on what a great job he did and one even wanted to fly him out to Palm Spring for her wedding 4 months later! I would recommend him to everyone – for a religious ceremony, interfaith, or secular. He’s the best.
