Do any of you have the Gabriella dinnerware from Pottery Barn? I think it's so pretty and versatile, but wondering if anyone can give a personal opinion on it.
It breaks/chips easily. If that's something you're willing to deal with, it's pretty, but the stoneware isn't as strong as the porcelains. We have a set of mugs that we've only had 6 months (not a gift, I just wanted new coffee mugs) and the finish is already chipping off, so we registered for porcelain instead.
We registered at Pottery Barn several years ago. I love their stuff but the downside is that their stock turns over VERY frequently. I don't think they make ANY of the dishes or glasses, etc. we registered for less than five years ago! And we have needed to replace several items (some were blatantly our fault but many of our bowls just spontaneously cracked through the centre as well!) and we can't replace anything anymore cause it's all just discontinued.
