Warning about using walmart gift registry!

Ok, so I created a gift registry with walmart back in November. I created it online and then went into the store and synced the in-store with the online registry and added more gifts and checked on it a few times since. Well, last week I couldn't access it and I got an error message saying the store registry database was unavailable. I emailed Walmart about it and they kept sending me instructions on how to sync my online registry to the in-store registry. I emailed them back re-explaining the problem and stating the error message and that I had already synced the two registries back in Nov. Well, this went on for about a week and finally they sent me an email saying that my registry had been deleted and that I needed to create a new one. I can't believe they lost it and tried to give me the run around! I put a lot of thought and time and effort into creating the first one and who's to say the same thing wouldn't happen again if I re created it?
