bridesmaid shoes

Ok, I am going absolutely mental trying to find shoes for my bridesmaids!!  I was wondering if you ladies could help me.  My girls' dresses are a light green (mint green-ish, david's bridal calls it "pistachio") so I need shoes to match this.  Any suggestions?  I'm totally at a loss and feel like I've looked everywhere! TIA

Are you looking for a shoe in the same color or something that will compliment it?
If you are looking to match I think David's Bridal sells dyeable shoes. If you are looking for a complimentary color than I would suggest a silver or white shoe.

How many girls do you have? I only have 3, so I told them to talk amongst themselves, find a shoe they all liked (and would want to own in real-non-wedding-related-life), and get it. They picked super cute silver shoes, and it's not my fault if they're expensive or uncomfortable, because I didn't pick them :)

I agree with white or silver.  Depending on how much you want them to match each other, you could just tell them to each find their own white shoe, which may be easiest because it will minimize their need to coordinate and agree on style and heel height.

I don't neccesarily want them to match the dress, but if they did it would be nice.  White or silver would work too. My problem is that none of my girls (five of them) really wear heels, they all live in different places (so they can't really talk amongst themselves), and they won't give me their opinion on the shoes i show them!  They just keep saying "pick whatever you want."  It's so frustrating!  They have to wear the shoes all day (or at least through the ceremony) and they will be the ones who keep them so I would like to find a shoe that they like.  I don't know if a flat would work with the dress (style #83707 at david's).  Guess I will keep looking.  Thanks for the input ladies!

have you considered just telling them to find their own shoes? as long as their all the same color and similar style, no one will really notice or care that they're not exactly the same. a black or silver strappy sandal will look nice with just about anything, and they could find something that fits well and is comfortable and in budget for them.

also, i think a flat or a kitten heel would work well with that dress. it's above the knee, so it won't stumpify anyone if they choose to wear a low/no heel.

Silver ballet flats could be really cute.

    Like these:

    Or these!

Look at these with the peep toe!

I own these in two colors and they are soooo comfy:

    Sigh, I love shoes!

If anything please don't ask them to buy pistachio colored heels!  They would only be able to use them for your wedding and nothing else.
