Texas-Dallas and Ft. Worth

FFF

I have been listening to the new Maroon 5 song on repeat. And I.can't.stop.
"Cross my heart and I hope to dieeeeeee, that I'd only stay with you one more niiiiiiiighhhht."

I flame patients who incessantly call the office. I know this is crazy, but if you leave a message, YOU DON'T HAVE TO CALL BACK EVERY HOUR.

  • I flame my work and the fact we still don't have a good working a/c unit since Monday. Right now I have a hurricane going on behind me of fans and a/c units that are blowing lukewarm air all around me. It's ok because I didn't need to hear anyone today.

  • Our neighbors move in today and they are friendly! Yaaay! So far we've had people moved into the houses near us, but have not talked to them aside from just waving as we walk the dogs. This couple pulled up in front of our house because there's still construction crews parked in front of theirs and stood there and talked to me. Yay!

OP of that post and THIS girl could be besties. Until now, I had no idea what Deb was, but I agree. I also think that it is a tad early to get BM dresses for a 2014 wedding, especially if you are that young. Your tastes are bound to change between now and then--the 'slutty housewife ready for a romp' look might be out by then. Not that it is in NOW, but lets all hope.
  • Oh I forgot to say... we saw a couple get engaged last night at sunset on the Wharf... it was SO cute. Made FI and I all sentimental.
  • I mean, I have some friends who got married like, weeks after HS graduation who are still together and some of the best examples of what a marriage should be. I also have friends who did the same thing and went through bitter, terrible divorces. I GUESS H and I could have gotten married when we were 19, but it was so much nicer to grow up a little and be in a really stable place before we started making huge decisions.

More power to her and her family, I guess.

YEP! That ring pass is peer pressure of epic proportions.
  • I just always think of who I was with when I was that young and how different we both are now and cringe at the thought of what things would be like if I had married him. I just think that for people to get married that young it brings on unnecessary hardship that could be avoided by just waiting a while, while for others it works out just fine. I guess it is more the maturity level of the guy that I worry most about for the girl.
