Gift for My Dad's Third Wedding?

My Dad's third wedding is coming up and I have no idea what to get them as a gift or if I should give one at all. I want to, but I'm a college student with low funds and they have all of the usual things that you get for couples as wedding presents.

Does anyone have ideas? I'm fairly crafty so homemade suggestions are welcome as well.

A gift certificate to their fav restaurant?
A voucher to house sit/ dog watch/ plant nurture while they are on their honeymoon?
A handmade afghan/ quilt/  throw?
A gift cert for a gardening center?
Free transportation to & from the airport for their honeymoon?
A letter telling them how truly happy you are for them, wishing them well, and welcoming her to your family?
An offer to help with the wedding DIY projects, no whining/ complaining/ crabbing allowed?
A gift cert for a favorite hobby (either for equipment or for the experience)?

I love all the ideas above.

Maybe something personalized just for them? We got a personalized silver photo album with our names and date on it (I'm sure from Things REmembered).

Another alternative is to maybe take any wedding pics they get and make them into a photo book. Not sure if your dad and future step mom are computer literate (they probably are), but I've made us a wedding album and honeymoon album on costco.com. They run between $29-$39 dollars each. There are also several other sites. You'd just have to have their pictures loaded into your computer, then loaded into the website, fairly easy & inexpensive, and I think quite thoughtful. You could just give them a certificate that says you'll do this and then supply it afer the fact.

I was going to suggest a gc for their fave restaurant, but I love the album idea as well.
