I know I've been a little MIA, but I wanted to share the photo from my second fitting on Saturday.
The hemline is now perfect, as is the fit of the gown. She has finished the sleeves, however they are just pinned on in this photo because she needed to check my bra placement before attaching them to ensure that everything will be in the correct place.
I'll have black opera gloves on, so they will extend right up under the flowing sleeves, and my full length black petticoat should be arriving in the next few days. I'm going for a fairly dramatic effect.
Yesterday afternoon I had my make-up trial, as well as the make-up trial for my bridesmaids and usherette. I had two make up artists working on the five of us in my living room and dining room for 3 hours. I don't have the pictures uploaded from that, yet, but it all turned out wonderfully!
After that, we all headed to Niagara Falls for my bachelorette dinner/party and to gamble. It was a great time. Here is a photo one of my bridesmaids took with her cell phone (others were taken and will be uploaded later) of me with the sparkler adorned sundae they had set up to be brought out to me at the Hard Rock Cafe.
It's hard to believe we're down to only 21 days!
