Hi Girls,
Well, what can I say except WOW. The wedding was everything I dreamed of and more. On the wedding day it rained all morning, but it was supposed to clear up by the time of our 4pm wedding. I had fully mentally prepared myself that it would be grey and raining when I got up. I just hung on to the fact that it was going to clear up. The heavens delivered gorgeous sunshine about 2 hours before the wedding and the outdoor event was warm, dry and glorious.
My fiance and I had a wonderful evening after the rehersal dinner and he spent the night with me the night before the wedding. It was lovely. My son was with my sister at the hotel so we were alone:) I planned the event to end early so I could gather my last minute items and close up my suitcase.
My fiance posted on facebook that day "Today is the day I change my relationship status, I am marrying my sweetie today" I didn't see this till after the wedding when we got to HH. Brides have a lot to do on their wedding day!!! I guess grooms have time to "facebbook".
I am still totally elated. The honeymoon was glorious on Hilton Head Island, and the weather was perfect the whole time. We hadn't had any prolonged time alone for years it was soooooo great to be alone with him.
Here's some pics, if you click twice on them they will enlarge.

Although this is grainy.. it's one of my favorites. THis is my handsome escort, my son Ben walking me down the isle. The necklace was worn by my grandmother at mom's wedding.

My gorgeous groom, this makes me swoon. He was looking deeply into my eyes and saying some lovely things during this wine sharing ceremony. Good pic of the hair tooo....:)

You can see the whole dress here, and the sun shining!!! My Ben is in the background.

The Kiss, with my stepson Kyle looking on...

Mu stunning sisters, the bridesmaids. My MOH is holding my bouquet as well as her own...

The wine sharing ceremony was beautiful. My friend sang Somewhere Over the Rainbow....

The cake cutting, I can tell I'm a bit more relaxed. I'm actually smiling and I look like me. Of course this is after a few glasses of champaigne and a beer chaser.

Ben walking me, he's only 14!!!! but so tall and handsome already. How wonderful it was to have him walk me down the isle a very special moment for both of us....
Well, I have lots more pics... I'll post more soon of the flowers and venue.
Enjoy!
