I'm back, and I'm a MRS (again).
I can't even begin to describe just how perfect our wedding weekend was-I smiled ear to ear from Friday until Sunday and there was nothing a bad DoC, DJ, florist, and bartender could do to bring me down. I am SO, SO, SO glad FI wanted to have a wedding. I'm so glad that he said no the 10,000 times I begged to elope.
We had about 125 people with about 25 kids. Everyone seemed to have a great time, the kids were adorable, our kids had the time of their lives. My in-laws were incredible in helping get everything ready and cleaning up. There are about 300 pictures I've seen so far from our friends and family and the two of us are positively beaming on every single one. I cried so many tears of joy and gratitude.
It was amazing.

Walking from our house to our church...The weather almost cooperated perfectly. It was overcast and drizzled on and off all day, but we were able to walk from our house to the church and our church to the reception like we wanted. It was nice and cool, which was wonderful because our 150 year old church is not air conditioned.
The cupcake bouquet centerpieces I made (my 6 yo put the purple flowers on the cupcakes, thus deeming herself the best wedding helper ever). I posted a few more pictures of the cake and decorations over on the DIY board, so I won't duplicate them all here.
I gave out our family dog tags at rehearsal. I had some things I wanted to say, but instead I just said, "I love you" and sobbed... The churcch was crazy hot, so I'm incredibly shiney on this pic.
I cannot wait to get our pics back from the photographer!
