I try to (VERY loosely) estimate my calorie intake most of the time. I don't really want to be super intense about tracking everything that I eat - but I would love to know of a tool to use where I could figure out what my ideal caloric intake would be and figure out calories of certain meals/foods that I eat.
I have gotten on a couple websites I have randomly found from google searches and entered my info into it and been told that to lose a pound a week, I should eat around 1350 cals/day. Umm, I am 5'10'', big boned, really muscular, and I work out every day. If I stuck to under 1350 I would literally starve!
So I am wondering if anyone has found any websites, tools, apps, etc. that actually help them track calories and are realistic in estimating how much you should consume?? I think someone mentioned a website in the accountability thread and I would love to hear more about it

Thanks!!
