Second Weddings

Dress Opinions please?

I saw two pretty dresses for our simple backyard wedding. The prices were so low I couldn't help but buy them both!  :)

Would you guys mind taking a look at the photos posted in my profile, and let me know if you have a prefernce or any opinions?

Thanks!!!

I really like them both, but if I had to pick just one I would pick the 2nd one.  I think the top on the 2nd one is a bit more flattering.

    Great picks!

I think they are both very lovely gowns but I think I like the second one the best.  Good luck

I agree. It may be different in person, but in the photographs the second one makes you waist look tiny! I would pick the second one, it is gorgeous!

Awesome, I love a unanimous vote! (Although if anyone else wants to post, please keep the responses coming!)

I was leaning towards the second also, but when I sent my sister in law pics, she voted for the first. So, that's why I bought both.

In the end, how it looks in pictures is what's most important (as we second time arounders well know), right?

Cam I just say that both of these dresses cost me $40 each??!! Soo much better than the $600 I paid for my first wedding dress (and I thought that was cheap at the time!!) Nordstrom Rack, ladies- check it out!

    Thanks again for your feedback!

The first one has beautiful details on it, but the second one looks more stunning on you :) Very slim and sleek. I choose the second one!

Very cute, if you have more pictures with more angles post them, because I actually like the first dress more, but I agree that the second is more flattering on you.
2 IVFs & 1 FET. Welcome home baby girl!

I think they are equally flattering, you're just turned to the side a little more in the second one.  You look GORGEOUS in both, but I definitely like the first one better for a backyard wedding. It's prettier, not so formal as the second one. Better for outdoor pics too. As a photographer, I would definitely want the first one in the pics, you'll match your surroundings better.

Second one, for sure.  The first is cute - the second is memorable.

I agree that both are lovely (and WOW - such a bargain!).  To me - the first looks more "wedding-y", but it also seems to enhance your bust. The second is very chic, simple and elegant.  I like the second one on you the best.  ~Donna

I can relate to the photographers opinion about the outdoor wedding working better with the first one.  To me it has a summery girlish feel to it and I do think that the second one being more flattering is just the way you are turned. Even considering all that, I agree with the popular opinion.  The second dress is just stunning.

I agree 2nd one is the winner!!! You look awesome in it!

    Loved the second dress!

They are both beautiful!  I think the first one would be better for an outdoor garden wedding.  What time of day is your ceremony?  The second one seems a little more "evening" to me - but I love em both.  THAT is a hard choice!  But you seem to be smiling more in the first one!

The second dress looks stunning on you, but the first one is also very nice...

Oh I love them both equally, they are great for your shape and very flattering.  However, I would have to pick #2.  Could you wear one for ceremony and change later into #2??? J

The first one seems most appropriate for a backyard wedding. I'd go for that one.

WOW what a bunch of agreement!  I feel just like everyone else.  2 very pretty dresses, both look nice on you but I prefer the second one.

Either one will be absolutely PERFECT for a backyard wedding. :)

Thanks to everyone for your feedback and your many kind words! You guys are great- I would feel confident wearing either dress thanks to all of your support!!

Of course, I am a big dork and I went out and bought a third dress, so I'm still not sure what I'm wearing. Oops. :)

I'm thinking of wearing one of them to the rehearsal dinner, and another for the wedding. Too crazy?
