im being driven crazy!!!! vent

im trying to finalize this divorce...i have no contact with EH(thankfully) so all arrangements are being made through his cousin. ive sent the divorce papers once to the addres she provided and were returned to me. i asked her again for the address and she cussses me out so i tell her i can email them. again she tells me how tired she is of all this etc... she wont give me his address so she is having me send them to her but only because i asked for the phone number of the person i need to send them to to see if she is actually going to pick them up. this is all happening on facebook and she tells me she doesnt have acess to a computer to get emails. excuse me? how are you on facebook? also if that is really true then print then out for ten cents t the local library. urghhh! I am very very frusterated!

Stop using a third party and use the legal system as it was designed.  That means paying for the papers to be served.  And if you don't have his address, a process server can be paid to find him.   If you use a poor substitute, you shouldn't be surprised that you get poor substitue results. ~Donna

Why are you using Facebook for divorce?  Yet another fun feature of FB? ;)  Get thee back to your legal council.

So then continue to work your divorce out on facebook and prepare to be driven crazy.  (ugh!!)

    OR...
Call a real attorney and ask if they can provide this service for you-- it will cost money, as everything in the world does.
