Wedding appetizers

we are having a heavy appetizers only with serveral signature drinks.  Any idea's on unique or delicious apps or drinks/

We're having just about the same on a Sunday evening:  cocktails, canapes, and cake.

Here's a sample of the apps we have selected:

Chicken quesadilla cones
Vegetable spring rolls
Artichoke/parmesan rounds
Smoked chicken crostini
Crab Rangoon
Spice rubbed meatballs

Then the normal crudities/cheese trays

at the restaurant that I work at, we have tuna tartare in seasame seed tuile cones (a thin sweet seasame seed cone). Its really good.

stuffed mushrooms or peppers are always tasty, or seafood stuffed puff pastry,
mini spring rolls

skewers are always fun, try shrimp, veggies, or kind of meat, with different dipping sauces or marinades.

My good friend is catering out appetizer reception.  She is making prosciutto wrapped melon balls, mini BLTs, Chicken sausages, mini twice baked potatoes, fig, caramelized onions, and feta on toast rounds, roasted vegetables in endive, cheese and fruit platters - I know there are a couple more - just can't remember them right now.
