Please take my "song to walk down the aisle to poll"

There have been several songs during our relationship that have really moved me and I would like a very personal and meaningful song for my walk down the aisle. My music tastes are varied so I need a lil help choosing and I hope you ladies will be honest!!!! Our ceremony is set for around 4pm in a gazebo behind an antebellum southern mansion if that helps. Also any of these would be either performed acoustically by a live musician, singer, or both. Or if you think they all stink, please help me with more ideas, "Bridal March" need not apply!!!

I love "Hallelujah," I really do - but I voted for "Save the Best For Last."

Reason:  When I hear "Hallelujah," all I think of is the sex scene in Watchmen.  Maybe none of your guests would, which would be great, but that's what I'd picture.

Oh wow haha. That means 2? of my songs have been in movies. I worried people would associate "hallelujah" w Shrek, "take my breath away" w top gun, and now that one! Lol. Ok ladies please keep the votes coming, so far it's one vote for each!!!!

My FI really likes the Darius Rucker song, I personally think it is too fast. He voted for it. :) Please keep the votes coming ladies! I met with a performer just who does AMAZING renditions of both "hallelujah" and "save the best for last". She is working on a recording of "take my breath away" and she too think "history in the making" is a lil fast, but she is recording that as well for me.

I only knew the Jessica Simpson and the Vanessa Williams songs, so I voted for Jessica.

I absolutely LOVE Hallelujah...it's such a powerful, emotion-inspiring song.  However, the lyrics are sort of dark!  But I voted for it anyway!

and that is what I worry about from some guests. It's my personal fave, however some people who are not familiar may take it the wrong way as I saunter down the aisle to a song that goes, "she tied you to a chair". I'm sure it would be blasphemous but I may try and tweak the lyrics slightly. Is that wrong?

If you love Halleluja, you could have an instrumental (either string quartet or acoustic guitar)  only rendition, and leave the lyrics out altogether.  Otherwise, I voted Save The Best For Last.

Wow!  You just gave me an idea ... I think I'll have the string quartet play "Hallelujah" for our entrance.  Nice.

history in the making was going to be our first dance song I LOVE IT, we just heard another sone that we are doing now "thought I loved you then" because it sums up our relationship (he even proposed where we first met)
