Sorry one more post!

I was just wondering how much time you are scheduling for dinner and speeches. We are having 4 courses (salad, palat cleanser, main course, desert). Would an hour and a half be enough?

It's best to ask your caterer. Mine is three courses and they figured about 2 hours for my guest list of 150.
