newbie here! and we're having a 2nd wedding

i'm not sure if it counts as a 2nd wedding if i'm marrying the same guy though.  technically, it is, right?

anyway, HI everyone!  I just wanted to introduce myself Laughing

i got married a year ago but not everyone in our family were able to attend (older relatives in Asia who cannot travel long distances). we thought of having another wedding on either our 1st anniversary, which is in August, OR in December so we could also spend the new years there.

we don't have much in detail at the moment and we're not quite sure if we want to do another ceremony or just a reception but i am looking forward to hear and share great ideas from all you lovely brides!

    Welcome to the board!

    Since you are already married, it would be a vow renewal, not a marriage ceremony.

    Let your guests know they are invited to a celebration of your love, and to join you as you renew your vows etc etc ......
