My florist is a genious. That's all I can say. She and the wedding planner executed my vision perfectly. The reception room is full of stained glass, which was the inspiration for the color scheme. The chapel is stunning.

Fabby! Is that chapel on the grounds of the estate? I think I drove past it on my way to Hinsdale Hospital earlier this summer. Or at least drove past the sign for it.

Hey Marrin,
The chapel is on the grounds but cannot be seen from the road.
Mayslake is on 31st street between 22nd and 83.

Yes! I was going from Macy's in Oak Brook to the hospital following the ambo when my mom had that accident in June at Macy's. I was kind of distracted but I KNOW I either saw a sign or the entrance to Mayslake and remember thinking "hmmm......wonder what that's all about."
