Yes, it is definitely okay to wear white to a second wedding.  I just got married for the second time and I wore white.  It stands for joy not virginity as we used to be told in the olden days.  You can wear whatever color you want to.  Congrats if you are getting married!!

Sure, why not??  I'm not into it, but if it works for you ... go for it!

I wore a very pale pink floor length dress in my first wedding.  This time around, I plan to wear a dusk/blue colored dress (again, floor length).

Wear what makes you feel beautiful!  I will be wearing white soley because ivory makes me look very sallow, and my FI's request that I be in a wedding gown.

It's your wedding wear what you want and celebrate your love how you want.

PS Lisa with your coloring the dusk blue will be gorgeous!

We wore ivory, only because it looked better with our complections.  But if white looks good with yours, go for it!

I am wearing ivory - which is what I also wore for my first wedding - because the color is better for me.  As I was looking for a dress, I also looked at champange which I thought would be very appropriate for a second wedding - in case you aren't comfortable with white.

Wear whatever color you want to - there are no 'rules'.  I wore champagne-color satin because I really loved the dress.

    Agreed...no rules!!!
I have chosen to wear ivory just because that is what makes me comfortable and happy...I had difficulty wearing white with my daughter at my side and granddaughters as my flower girls...but that is just me!
    Good Luck!!!

Agree with pp, do what works for you, there are no "rules", I'm wearing light gold and it was a personal decision, not based on my wedding #.

I am wearing kind of a light gold/Ivory mainly because it suits me and I love the dress. I think you should wear whatever makes you feel happy and comfortable. You want to look your best and if white is what does it - then go for it Laughing
