Bella Flora of Dallas; Crystal Frasier

I've read mostly good and a few bad reviews of Bellaflora of Dallas. I had a really good experience with them (didn't use them for my wedding though) a few years back and am wanting to use them for my wedding. A couple of reviews complained about the in-house wedding planner but Bellaflora used to have Crystal Frasier (now has her own wedding planning company) and now has a planner named Jamie Jones. So I have no idea which planner the bad reviews referred to. Do any of you DFW brides know anyone or have personal experiences related to Bellaflora of Dallas, their previous planner Crystal Frasier and/or their new planner Jamie Jones?

My boss used Bella Flora for their wedding in October 2010.  His wife had a good experience (although I don't know who she used there) and the flowers were gorgeous.

I met with them as my first florist.  At the time, I didn't really know what I was doing and the consultant, Lucy, did not make me feel comfortable.  I got a snotty vibe from her and remember wanting to get out of there as fast as I could.  The second 2 meetings I had were night and day experiences and I ended up loving my florist (Tami Winn with Lefleur Couture/Tami Winn Events). 

I suggest just meeting with them and seeing how you feel about it.

Cesar is THE BEST! Lucy does have a serious attitude. We decided to look past her, not work with her personally and stick with Cesar. He not only did amazing as a florist, but also helped assist in the decor planning. He was what made the night come together for my sister!

The bad reviews are totally pertaining to crystal who is no longer at Bella.
