Ideas to set MOH apart?

Hey Guys,
  I'm trying to brainstorm cute ways to set my MOH apart from the other bridesmaids.  Her dress wouldn't look good with a sash around it and all the bouquets are the same size....any other cute ideas?

You could do a special underskirt that sticks out a little under the bottom. AA and DB have these types.

A special headband/fascinator, special wrap style on the bouquet, special shoes (although if you are requiring your BMs to have certain, specific shoes you should pay- telling them to pick a color or range is fine though) are also ideas. Maybe have the bouquet be different flowers or have some extra bling? 

It doesn't have to be big. Heck, you don't technically have to have something to set her a part, so don't sweat it if you don't have anything huge to differentiate her from the others. Your guests will know who she is because she'll be the one closest to you and holding your bouquet. =D

You could have her wear a different dress altogether, either same dress different color or same color different dress. I've seen both.

Or you could have a cute head piece in her hair, like a crystal flower, or like the other said a pop of color in the bouquet is nice too!

I have my MOH wearing a different dress but it is similar to my BM's. They dresses are the same color.
