help!

I'm the MOH for my sister's wedding, and having issues getting started on the shower...I've come up with ideas, just don't know where to start with 2 other MOH's and all the other BM's spread across 2 states! One of the other MOH's is supposed to be planning the out-of-state bachelorette, yet she has only sent out one email asking for everyones availability....starting to stress me out with all that I've been doing for the wedding and all that needs to be done! I've emailed all the girls giving them everyone's info and informing them about the BM's dresses and getting everyone a discount on them, yet now one responds! I'm on a tight budget, but would love to throw her an amazing shower, how do I ask the other girls to chip in..when they don't seem to want to get involved at all??

Plan and have the party you can afford.  If the other girls don't offer to chip in, then don't expect it. 

You're not responsible for their dresses, they are.  Make sure you've established their budget before selecting dresses, if that hasn't been done.  Other than that, you can't be expected to micromanage their attire.
