Distinguishing my MOH!!!!

I am trying to think of a way to distinguish my MOH - my sister - from the rest of the bridesmaids that I have.  They all have the same dress, same shoes, and same jewelry.  Any ideas on a way to make her stand out a little bit more that any of you have used????

You could give your MOH different flowers than the rest of the girls.  Or add a sash to her dress.

Maybe the same dress in a different colour? Or a coloured sash if the dress design allows it? She's the MOH, she's gonna stand out just for that fact alone.

You could have her wear something in her hair such as a flower or something that has lots of sparkle.

I don't know what you're doing as far as your girls jewelry-if you've got bracelets/necklaces/earrings or all of them but I think the easiest (and the most special way) to distinguish her would be to get her at least one item of jewelry that's a little bit different from the other girls-something personalized would be sweet too-and it could double as your gift to her! My bride let me pick my own jewelry (of course I made sure she was happy with it too-it's her day)-we got it from this great little shop on Etsy called The Adorned Article and the woman let me basically design my own necklace-was really not expensive either!

If you want her to look different, you could have her carry a larger bouquet.  However she will stand out because she is the one standing next to you, presumably giving a toast, etc. so it will be obvious to the guests that she is the MOH.
