Mom's gift HELP PLEASE!

I'm struggling to find an unique and special gift for my mom. I’ve brought everyone something really special and something they would never buy nor would I ever buy them any when else. For example I’ve brought my bridesmaid a flute – she doesn’t play but has always wanted to.

 

I’m struggling for my Mom though. All the ideas are standard would buy at birthdays and Christmas types presents such as brooches, compact mirrors, jewellery etc.

 

Can anyone help and suggestion something really unique and special please. I’m looking to spend around $150 or less if possible but would be prepared to go over if I found something extra special.

Really hope someone can help and look forwards to hearing your ideas!

    RetreadBride - I do want to stay away from wedding gimmickry but as I said want to get her something I normally wouldn’t get her for Christmas or birthday like jewellery or ornaments etc

    My Mom and Dad have paid for the photos so have annoyingly alreday brought themselves an album! I'm also having a destination wedding which restricts the gift even more as it has to travel.

    I got one that cost nothing and meant everything.  My daughter wrote me a beautiful and loving letter that talked about wonderful moments from our past, and dreams for her future that we will share.  It was easy to carry, and I can pull it out of the drawer any time to read. 
    My baby girl is a married woman...and now my baby girl HAS a baby girl. Time unfolds in such an amazing way. I've been blessed!

    Our wedding colors are black and red.  I wanted to get the MOB and MOG something they could wear and treasure.  I ended up getting them black diamonds necklaces.    I hope this helps

    I'm getting my mom a $100 jewelry box that plays Pachelbel's Canon in D. I chose that song as my entrance because it makes her cry to hear it.    :)

    Check out Redenvelope.com   They always have great unique gift ideas. Like a year of wishes candle set or year of seeds if she is a gardener.  Or how about having a monthly gift like Harry and David's fruit of the month where they send fresh fruit every month.  I know a lady at work that loves that gift.
