Maids Shoes?

Hi Everyone!

I am trying to find a good site for my maids shoes.  I have talked them, and they would love nude shoes with their dresses (neutral so they can wear them with other stuff too!).  I would like for them to all be the same shade of nude, but also for them to be able to pick out their own style.  Do any knotties know of any good websites with an assortment of shoes with all the same color nude?  I would like to keep them reasonably priced too. Don't want them to go broke on my wedding!

Honestly, just let them go buy nude shoes that fit them well and they like.  I can promise you that no one will ever notice if they are the same shade of nude.  Promise.

What's your budget?  I've seen cute ones on DSW, but they're around $50-60--I'd have no issue spending this on nude pumps, but it's super important to me that it's something that will be comfortable, so I'm willing to spend a little more.  "Affordable" is all relative.

Think about the last wedding you went to.  What was on every bridesmaid's feet?  People don't pay attention to these things.  Just let them go buy whatever nude colored shoe they want.

Just tell them to get nude shoes/heels and they can go and find a pair in their budget that is comfortable on their feet. Honestly, besides color, I don't really notice anything about the BM's shoes. And from that far away, people will not notice minute differences between the shades of nude.

I use shopstyle.com for a lot of my shoe shopping. That way they can shop by color and style, as well as price range, so that's always helpful. If you really want them to match that badly, I'd pick a couple shoes from there and tell them that is the color that you're looking for. They might not all match exactly, but at least they'll be close and no one will really notice anyway. Good luck!

The goal of a nude colored shoe is to blend in with the leg line.  It is highly unlikely that the same nude shade would work on all your bridesmaids.  Even my two daughters have different coloring, they are both fair but #1 is a fair cool tone, while #2 is fair and rosy.  Same parents.  Save yourself the headache and just tell them to pick any nude shoe that works for them.  Done and done!

ditto PPs to have them pick any nude shoe they're comfortable in.  Even if the shoes are the EXACT same color, they may look different on the girls because one is tanner than another.  Like the picture below; all of the dots are the same color, but they don't look like because of the surrounding color. 


I asked my girls to get "dark purple shoes"  I feel like purples vary a LOT more than nudes, and they all looked like they matched just fine (pic in sig).  Even if you buy them from the same store the shade won't be identical; it will only be the same if it's the same designer - which likely means the same shoe shape, and thus comfortable on some, but not on all.
