Last minute dress shopping for my mom...HELP!

My mom is planning a September wedding. Originally we were going to wear traditioanl ao dai because she is Vietnamese. Long story short, that fell through and the number of attendants has dropped. They're going to Men's Wearhouse for the groom & best man tuxes. She & I are going to hit up David's Bridal tomorrow for her dress and mine.

Any other suggestions for bridal shops that don't require appointments in the Hurst/Euless/Bedford/NRH area?

We have 4 weeks to get the outfits chosen, ordered and alterations done.

    Alfred Angelo is in Frisco  - but can also get dresses right away.

    I would also check Macy's - Galleria - they have a good selection of dresses that may work.

    For alterations, I would go with someone who has their own shop - much cheaper and can probably work faster. I have a couple I can recommend if you want to PM me.

    Lastly, if there are stores you like, I would call to see if they can squeeze you in without an appt. A lot of them will do that if you are on a tight schedule.

    Could you check Nordstroms or Jessica Maclintock?  (I have no idea if that's spelled right.)  I've been at both recently and they have dresses that would easily pass for a wedding dress.

    you could buy a sample gown from some of the salons- or lasting bridal coutour in addison will let you buy the samples

    If you are willing to head to Dallas I recomend going to Anonymously Yours. http://www.ayresale.com/
    They are a consignment shop. They ladies there are helpful and there is a pretty good selection of dresses.

    If you go to Alfred Angelo in Frisco ask for Brandi. I didn't purchase my dress from them, but I loved her. She was so sweet and very nice.
