I haven't been to a salon to get an up-do since my cousin's wedding five years ago! She chose a salon that was close to her house. I live in Chicago and I'm getting married in Rolling Meadows. I want to choose a salon that's close to the venue. However, I have been looking at all of these "on-site" make-up artists and hair stylists and thought that might be a good idea. How do I choose between the 'on-site" and a salon? When I make my decision which salon or on-site place do I pick???? Any recommendations???
