Eye makeup with red lips?

I think bold red lips would look awesome with my dark hair and white dress. How would you do the eye makeup to go with that?

    Subtle is your best bet.  Look up pics of Scarlet Johannsen--she often does a bright red lip with lighter eyes.  That's a good rule to stick too--emphasize only one thing (eyes or lips) and not both.  Otherwise, it just looks too heavy.  Kim Kardashian also has some good pics with bright lips and light eyes--you can do simple black eyeliner and black lashes with bright lips and have it look really classy.

    Black liner and black lashes, no smoky eye makeup. I'd keep the shadow minimal and keep the color something nude or similar to your skin tone. If you want your lips to standout, then keep eyes classic and minimal :)
