B&M Monday

I have another one...one of our GM got engaged and his FI wants to get married in Jamaica.  That would be cool if it wasn't going to cost everyone $3000+ to go and celebrate.  She was asked by a mutual friend on why she wanted a destination wedding and she said because she didn't want any of her FI's "loser friends" to be at the wedding.  Um all of his "loser friends" were GM in our wedding, have college degrees, have good jobs, and most are in a committed relationship, how is that a "loser"?  She drives me insane and then tells my DH that her FI is going to be really hurt that no one can come to the wedding.  Well you choose it this way so it's technically your fault!!  Good luck with everything!

OMG... that is just like dinner with my IL's.  MIL talks non stop, and doesn't ever know when to leave.  After a 3 hour dinner last night, it was 10pm, so I finally told DH we have to leave b/c of work.  IF not, we probably would have been there for forever.  DH never makes a move to leave.  Of course even when he does, MIL will just keep right on talking.

When they come to our house, FIL will finally walk out the front door, DH will follow... MIL will stand between me and the door and keep right on talking until she gets yelled at by FIL multiple times. 

Good times.

Ugh I'm back to work today too... I've been off since Dec 23rd so this is hard! 

Also, my mom went home to Houston and I already miss her like crazy.  It was so great spending time with her for a few weeks, but I'm so sad she's gone again.

My throat hurts and my nose is stuffy. Also, I totally procrastinated on Peter Pan stuff over the break, so now I'm going to have to scramble to get everything done before our first rehearsal with the orchestra on the 20th. Ugh. Why do I do this to myself??

Speaking of stale...I sent gingerbread cookies and banana-chocolate bread to my grandparents and dad today.  They should get it Wednesday...a week after I cooked the stuff.  Hopefully the super wrapping job I did will keep it fresh.

I now have a headache and I have no gum.  The TV I've started watching during lunch is occupied so no TV for me.

I hate when I see boxes for food drives or coat drives filled with trash.

Stupid iPhone alarm. I didn't get up in time for work today so my manager called me and was all pissy. It's not my fault apple screwed up all the alarms. How does that even happen? Gahhhh. I get it was frustrating for her but there was no need to be a grumpy gills about it all day long. Ugh. Meghan: tastefully yours- Ruth Robbins. If you need another cake maker!

I food poison myself!!! Had a horrible night. FI was supposed to go back on the road but he has decided to go back yo his old job. U don't know what to think. I want him to be happy. We went to talk to his old boss and is very possible he can start soon. I hope this is for the best.

My B&M:

Today was a paid company Holiday... which I planned to use for wedding planning stuff.  I had to go into work today *angry eyes*

My mother is the worst Mother of the Bride EVER, and makes me cry way too much.  I think I'll avoid her as much as possible everyday between now and the wedding.  Then I'll let her help me pack after the wedding when we move far far away this summer... GOOD BYE to her!

I'm freaking out becaue the wedding is 180 days away, and I dont even have a dress.
